Domestic delivery (Ukraine)
Order processing begins after full payment has been completed on synostudio.com.
Orders are dispatched within 4 business days from the date of payment, except for items purchased through pre-order.
During periods of high demand (holidays, new collection launches, or seasonal sales), processing and shipping times may extend to 5–6 business days.
Delivery within Ukraine is provided by Nova Poshta and typically takes 1–3 days from the date of dispatch.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, based on Nova Poshta rates. The sender declares the full value of the items being shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
International delivery
Express delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–7 business days.
Complimentary shipping
We offer free express delivery on all orders over €500.
Shipping rates
• Orders up to €300 – €20
• Orders from €300 to €400 – €15
• Orders from €400 to €500 – €10
We entrust your order to a selection of reliable couriers, including DHL, GLS, and Nova Post, to ensure safe and timely delivery.
SYNO is not responsible for any additional taxes, customs duties, or import charges applied by the destination country, nor for delays caused by shipping providers or customs authorities. Before placing an international order, please ensure that you are familiar with the import regulations of your country.
At the customer's request, international shipping can be postponed for no more than 14 days from the date of order placement.
Please note: Items delivered outside Ukraine are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
